STEP 1: COPYWRITING
Our experienced copywriters use information provided by you and supplemental research to create clear and concise messages about your company. Once your script is completed, it is returned to you for review and any necessary changes. After final approval is received, we’ll help you with a music selection to complement your company’s image.
STEP 2: VOICING
Our production team and professional voice talents go to work to create a great sounding production based on your approved script. Voice talents can be male or female or a combination of both. HoldTime productions are guaranteed to your satisfaction or they will be redone at no charge!
STEP 3: MUSIC MIX & SOUND ENGINEERING
Our master mixer will carefully edit your script’s recording clips and mix them with background music from our 10,000+ music bed to achieve a hi-fidelity production. Our production staff will ensure that the music and voice recordings will meet the specifications of your telephone system. We only use equipment and software built to maximize the limited frequency characteristics of telecommunication devices and we guarantee the best available audio available in the market place for a pleasant-sounding mix that your customers will enjoy.
STEP 4: SHIPPING AND INSTALLATION
Approximately five to seven days after your final script approval is received, we package and ship your production to you. Once received, simply insert it into the Digital Announcer on your phone system (see “Our Complete Turn-Key Package” for additional information on the Digital Announcer). Your production is automatically downloaded onto a digital chip and plays continuously to every caller placed on hold. For VOIP clients, finished productions will be delivered via e-mail attached as MP3 or wav files per your phone system’s specs.
